Pro Scanner is a professional site-survey tool. This policy explains what the app and its service handle and why.

What the app stores on your device

Room scans, floor plans, sensor readings, photos, your client book (names, contact details, addresses, birth details you enter, notes, follow-ups), generated reports, your credentials and branding. This stays on your device unless you turn on cloud backup.

What the service stores

• Your account: name, phone number, practice details, logo, licence status and the devices signed in.
• If cloud backup is on: a copy of your client book (not scans or photos) and reports you choose to share by link.
• Usage events needed to run the licence (sign-ins, reports generated, AI drafts).
• If AI drafting is on: the measured facts you send for a draft are processed by our AI provider to produce the text and are not used to train models.

Your clients' data

You are responsible for the personal data of clients you record. We act as a processor for that data and delete it when you delete it or your account.

Payments

The app does not take payments. Licences are arranged with Pro Scanner support; any payment made on our website is handled by our payment provider and we do not store card details.

Deleting your account

Account → Delete account removes your account, licence, devices, cloud backup, shared links and credentials from the service and erases the app's data on your device. Reports already shared with clients are unaffected.
